Project Background
Having been appointed initially to identify potential energy savings at a large logistics and distribution site, CorEnergy designed a solution which incorporated high efficiency LED mains lighting, complaint emergency lighting and controls which maximised energy savings through occupancy and daylight reductions. A trial was undertaken to capture and monitor energy savings, which once proven, CorEnergy was awarded the contract to upgrade the entire site.
12 months after the initial contract, with the full energy savings achieved and zero failures, CorEnergy was awarded the contract to upgrade the food production sites with food grade luminaires. CorEnergy was the Main Contractor and Principal Designer for the works, managing a multi-site rollout.

Testimonial
“The way CorEnergy worked with us made securing capital investment for the project straightforward. Their proposals were highly detailed and the solution they selected to upgrade the lighting and controls was the most impressive. Three years since installation and we have not had a single failure. Importantly they monitored the project performance annually to ensure it achieved the energy savings targeted. I highly recommend them.”
